Q: Do I need to make a booking to try on wedding gowns?

A: Yes, we are open by appointment only. Booking an appointment allows us to provide you a dedicated service with your own stylist who will help you find your dream dress. Click here to book an appointment. If there is no time available on your preferred day, please phone us to join a waitlist.

Q: How long in advance do I need to make a booking?

A: As soon as you have set a wedding date we recommend booking an appointment to begin the search for your dream gown. While some brides fall in love with the first gown they try on, others might take a little longer to decide. Gowns will take 4-6 months to arrive in store, so be sure to leave plenty of time.

Q: How long are appointments?

A: Bridal gown appointments last for one hour with a dedicated stylist.

If you would prefer more time or would like a quieter experience in store, please book an appointment on a Tuesday or Wednesday as the boutique is less busy earlier in the week.

We also offer bridesmaid appointments for forty five minutes where you can bring in your maids and select from hundreds of gowns in an endless range of styles, colours and sizes.

Finally we offer styling session for fifteen minutes if you would like to order a veil, belt, jewellery or shoes.

Q: What should I bring to my appointment?

A: Bring pictures or ideas of the gown you are searching for to help us narrow down the perfect gown for you. We recommend wearing nude/seamless undergarments and arriving tan + make-up free. We have shoes for you to wear during your appointment as well as veils, jewellery and accessories.

Q: Can I bring guests to my appointment?

A: Our boutique has the capacity to welcome yourself and up to four guests. Regrettably we do not have the space or facilities to welcome larger bridal parties.

Q: What are the prices of your gowns?

A: Our gowns range from $1,500-$4,400. Our sale gowns range from $200-$800.

Q: What sizes are your sample gowns?

A: Most of our sample gowns are size 8-16. We also have a plus size range up to size 28 and petite range for sizes 4-8.

Q: May I take photos of the gowns I try on?

A: Of course! We’ll be happy to help get those angles for you.

Q: How far in advance do I need to order my gown?

A: We recommend ordering your gown 9 months in advance of your wedding date, though we constantly stock a wide range of sample gowns to be sole off the rack.

Q: When will my gown arrive in store?

A: Your gown will usually arrive within 4-6 months. We will phone you as soon as your gown arrives in store to arrange your first fitting with our in-house seamstress.

Q: How do I pay for my gown?

A: We require a 30% deposit to order your gown. The remaining 70% can be paid as a lay-by, within a 3 month period. Sale gowns require payment in full and are sold off the rack in their current condition.

Q: Can you post my gown to me?

A: Of course. We can ship the gown worldwide once it arrives in store and will arrange a quote for the courier service.

Q: Will I need alterations?

A: Almost every bride requires alterations to ensure her gown fits her to perfection. Little White offer in-house expert alterations Tuesday-Friday.

Q: Can I book my own alterations?

A: Certainly, you are not obliged to use our in-house service.
