FAQ

Q: Why do I need to make a booking to try on wedding gowns?

A: Booking an appointment allows us to provide you a dedicated service with your own stylist.

Q: How long in advance do I need to make a booking?

Q: How long are appointments?

A: Bridal gown appointments are one hour.

Q: What should I bring to my appointment?

A: Bring pictures or ideas of the gown you are searching for to help us narrow down “the dress”. We recommend wearing seamless undergarments and arriving tan + make-up free. We have shoes for you to wear during your appointment as well as veils, jewellery and accessories.

Q: What are the prices of your gowns?

A: Our gowns range from $1,500-$5,000. Our sale gowns range from $200-$1,500.

A: Of course!

Q: How far in advance do I need to order my gown?

A: We recommend ordering your gown 9 months in advance of your wedding date.

Q: When will my gown arrive in store?

A: Your gown will usually arrive within 5-6 months. We will phone you as soon as your gown arrives in store to arrange your first fitting.

Q: How do I pay for my gown?

A: We require a 30% deposit to order your gown. The remaining 70% can be paid as a lay-by, within a 3 month period. Sale gowns require payment in full and are sold off the rack.
